SHIPPING, DELIVERY & ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

 

These provisions apply to all orders placed with StudioSai worldwide.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms below.


ARTICLE 1 – Delivery Timeframes (Non-Guaranteed)

Orders are processed within the timeframe indicated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (including “48h” or express references) are indicative only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery obligation.

StudioSai shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Force majeure

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts

Delays do not entitle the customer to automatic cancellation or compensation unless required by mandatory law.



ARTICLE 2 – Transfer of Risk

All shipments include tracking.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier.

If signature delivery is selected, transfer occurs upon signature confirmation.

StudioSai is not responsible for:

  • Theft after confirmed delivery

  • Delivery to a neighbor or authorized third party

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

Customers must ensure delivery information is accurate before purchase.


ARTICLE 3 – Damaged or Missing Items

Any claim regarding:

  • Damaged goods

  • Missing items

  • Tampered packages

Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

The customer must provide:

  • Clear photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • Photos of the product condition

Failure to report within 24 hours may result in automatic rejection of the claim.

StudioSai reserves the right to request additional evidence before approving any compensation.



ARTICLE 4 – Unclaimed or Refused Packages

If a package is:

  • Not collected within the carrier holding period

  • Refused without valid legal reason

  • Returned due to incorrect address

The customer is responsible for:

  • Reshipping costs

  • A 3% restocking and handling fee

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.



ARTICLE 5 – International Orders & Customs

For orders shipped outside the EU:

  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • These charges are non-refundable.

  • StudioSai is not responsible for customs delays or import refusals.

If a return shipment incurs additional customs fees due to incorrect declaration by the customer, those fees will be deducted from the refund.



ARTICLE 6 – Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Protection

StudioSai implements strict fraud prevention procedures.

By placing an order, the customer agrees that:

  • False claims of non-delivery may be contested using carrier confirmation and delivery evidence.

  • Fraudulent chargebacks will be formally disputed with supporting documentation.

  • Abuse of return rights may result in refusal of future orders.

StudioSai reserves the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious orders

  • Request identity verification

  • Refuse service in cases of suspected fraud

Any fraudulent activity may be reported to relevant authorities.



ARTICLE 7 – Limitation of Liability

StudioSai’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

StudioSai shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of income

  • Professional or commercial losses

  • Data loss



ARTICLE 8 – Force Majeure

StudioSai shall not be held responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transport strikes, customs restrictions, or governmental measures.
