RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

1. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling – EU Customers)

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.

       Withdrawal period: 14 calendar days

       Starting point: The day after the product is delivered to the customer.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us in writing within the 14-day period.

 

Return Conditions:

       The product must be returned in its original condition.

       All accessories must be included (battery, charger, strap, etc.).

       The item must not show signs of excessive use.

       Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

       A 15% restocking fee based on the product price will be deducted from the refund to cover inspection, handling, and processing costs.

       Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of shipment.

       If express shipping was selected, only the standard shipping cost will be refunded.

 

 

2. Product Testing & Depreciation

Customers may test the device to verify its functionality. However, excessive use may result in a partial refund.

For cameras, excessive use includes:

       More than 50 additional shutter actuations during the return period.

       Visible new damage, impacts, or signs of misuse.

If excessive use is detected, a 50% depreciation fee may be applied to reflect the loss in resale value.

 

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned:

       Accessories (batteries, cables, straps, memory cards, etc.)

       Items sold under Final Sale collections

Products listed in Final Sale collections are considered firm sales and cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a verified defect upon delivery.

4. 2-Month Warranty

All products include a 2-month warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

       Mechanical defects

       Electronic malfunctions

       Functional failures not caused by the user

If a technical issue occurs:

       Contact us immediately.

       The item will be inspected.

       If the defect is confirmed and not caused by misuse, a full refund or repair will be provided.

 

Warranty does not cover:

       Accidental damage

       Liquid damage

       Drops or impact damage

       Unauthorized repairs

       Excessive shutter usage beyond normal consumer use

Return shipping costs under warranty are covered by us if the defect is confirmed.

 

 

5. Non-Functioning Products

If a product is not functioning upon arrival:

       We accept returns.

       After inspection and verification, a full refund will be issued, including original shipping costs.

 

 

6. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the order has not yet been shipped, cancellation is possible and a full refund will be issued.

Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays or carrier-related issues.

If a package is lost, stolen, or not claimed by the recipient, no refund will be issued.

Customers must ensure that their shipping address is correct. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.

For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

 

Customs Clearance Obligations: For international shipments, the carrier may request customs clearance information or documentation from the recipient (such as identification, tax ID, or import declarations). It is the customer’s responsibility to respond promptly to any such requests. If the package is returned to us because the recipient failed to provide the required customs information within the time allowed by the carrier, this is not considered a delivery failure on our part. In such cases, no refund will be issued. If the customer wishes the item to be reshipped, a new shipping fee will apply.

 

Failed Delivery Due to Recipient Unavailability: If a package cannot be delivered due to the recipient’s repeated absence, refusal to accept the delivery, failure to collect the parcel from a pick-up point within the carrier’s holding period, or any other reason attributable to the recipient, no refund will be issued. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are available to receive the package or to collect it from the designated location within the specified timeframe. If the parcel is returned to us as a result of such circumstances, the customer may request a reshipment at their own cost.

 

 

7. Vintage & Pre-Owned Products

Most products sold on our store are pre-owned or vintage electronic devices. Due to the nature and age of these products, minor cosmetic imperfections may be present, including but not limited to:

       Micro scratches

       Light signs of wear

       Minor dust particles in lenses or viewfinders

       Slight paint wear on the body

These characteristics do not affect the functionality of the device and are considered normal for vintage equipment. Such cosmetic characteristics do not qualify as defects and are not valid reasons for returns or refunds.

Product descriptions and photos are provided as accurately as possible to represent the real condition of the item.

 

 

8. Proof of Issue Requirement

If a customer reports a problem with a product, the customer may be required to provide:

       Clear photos

       Video evidence of the issue

       A detailed explanation of the malfunction

Without sufficient proof, the claim may be refused. This measure protects both the buyer and seller from fraudulent claims.

 

 

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase on our website, the customer agrees to contact us first to resolve any issue before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed without contacting us may result in:

       Refusal of future purchases

       Submission of transaction records to the payment provider

       Submission of shipping and delivery confirmation to dispute the claim

All orders include shipping tracking numbers which serve as proof of delivery.

 

 

10. Inspection Process for Returns

Returned products are fully inspected and tested upon arrival.

If the returned item shows:

       New damage

       Missing accessories

       Signs of misuse

       Excessive shutter count increase

The refund may be reduced or refused depending on the condition of the returned product.

 

 

11. Condition Standards

All cameras are tested before shipment. The following characteristics are considered normal for used cameras and do not qualify as defects:

       Minor dust inside the lens or viewfinder

       Light sensor dust not visible in normal photos

       Minor cosmetic wear

       Aging of rubber grips or paint

These are normal characteristics of vintage photographic equipment.
